Digital goods, delivered instantly
Plugins, sample packs, presets, DAW templates, and bundles are delivered as downloads the moment your payment is confirmed. A digital file cannot be "returned" the way a physical product can, which is why the rules below focus on whether the product works as described and whether you have actually downloaded it.
When we refund
We will refund a purchase within 14 days of the order date if any of the following applies:
- The product is defective — for example corrupted or missing files, a plugin that fails to install or authorize on a system that meets its stated requirements, or a license key that does not work (we will always try to fix these first).
- The product is not as described on its product page — wrong format, wrong contents, or materially different from what was advertised.
- You have not downloaded it. If none of the files in the order have been downloaded, we will refund the purchase, no questions asked.
Discretionary refunds
Outside those cases — for example, you bought a sample pack, listened through it, and it just is not for you — refunds are at our discretion. We review every request in good faith and we are not interested in keeping money for a product you genuinely cannot use. Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product are routinely refunded. What we cannot do is refund orders where the files have been downloaded and the request looks like content harvesting.
How to request a refund
- Email support@buzzeraudio.com from the email address you purchased with.
- Include your order ID (it is on your receipt and in your dashboard) and a short description of the problem. For defective products, error messages or screenshots help us fix things faster.
- We reply to every request, normally within one business day.
How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method. Once issued, the money typically reaches your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Lemon Squeezy also sends the refund confirmation for your records.
What happens after a refund
When a purchase is refunded:
- access to the refunded products is revoked — they are removed from your dashboard and their download links stop working;
- any plugin license keys from that order are deactivated;
- your license to use the content ends, and you must delete any copies you have downloaded (see our Terms of Service).
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank — we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback does. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may lead to account suspension while we investigate.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law of the country where you live. Where local law grants you a longer or unconditional withdrawal right for digital content, that law prevails.
