Where do I download my purchase?
Everything you buy lives in your dashboard. After checkout, your order is usually processed within a minute — you'll also get a confirmation email with a link straight to your downloads.
How long do download links last?
Download links are generated fresh each time you click a download button and expire after roughly 15 minutes — that's a security measure, not a restriction. You can come back to your dashboard and request a new link whenever you need your files again.
Is there a download limit?
Yes — each file can be downloaded a limited number of times (5 by default) to discourage link sharing. That's plenty for backing up to your machines. If you legitimately run out (new computer, failed transfers), email us at support@buzzeraudio.com and we'll reset it.
Where is my plugin license key?
License keys for plugins are issued automatically with your purchase and shown in the Licenses section of your dashboard. Enter the key when the plugin asks for it on first launch. Keys are personal — please don't share them.
How do refunds work?
Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — they also issue your invoice. If something isn't working for you, email support@buzzeraudio.com with your order number and what went wrong, and we'll sort it out. Note that a refund revokes access to the refunded products and their downloads.
I paid, but I don't see my order yet.
Orders are confirmed by our payment provider and normally appear in your dashboard within a minute or two. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used at checkout. If it still hasn't shown up after a few minutes, email support@buzzeraudio.com with your receipt and we'll link it up manually — no paid order ever gets lost.
Can I use the sounds in commercial releases?
Yes. Samples, presets and template content are royalty-free for use in your own music, including commercial releases, streaming and sync. What you can't do is redistribute or resell the files themselves (as-is or repackaged in another sample pack or preset collection).
